World history textbooks

Pre-revolutionary educational institutions paid particular attention to world history teaching. World history was part of the history course and was also studied during ancient languages lessons. The section includes pre-revolutionary textbooks and anthologies for gymnasiums, textbooks and lecture courses for higher educational institutions, as well as publications on world history, which came out during the first years of Soviet power.
