Since March 15, 2025, the Presidential Library has been accepting applications for the "Presidential Library. Regional network – 2025". Heads, specialists and teams of regional centers and electronic reading rooms of the Presidential Library in Russia and abroad are invited to participate in the competition.

Presidential Library took part in conference dedicated to work of scientists during siege years
On March 20th, 2025, the Mariinsky Palace hosted a scientific and practical conference titled Leningrad Science During the Siege, commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. This event was organized in collaboration with the OLYMP Nevsky St. Petersburg Studies Sector, part of the Central City Public Library named after V. V. Mayakovsky, and the Museum and Library Educational Center at the Mariinsky Palace, Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg. Representatives from the Presidential Library also attended the conference.

On March 18-20, 2025, the final round of the Russia's Electronic World Olympiad in History, Social Studies, and the Russian Language took place, organized by the Presidential Library and the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

The portal of the Presidential Library hosts a virtual tour of the updated exposition of the Military Historical Museum of Artillery, Engineering and Communications Troops Only together, Only forward!. The exhibition opened in the museum in an expanded form on February 19, 2025.
Presidential Library marks anniversary of Crimea and Sevastopol's unification with Russia
March 18, 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of the reunification of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol with Russia. On that day in 2014, an agreement was signed between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea, allowing the Republic to join the Russian Federation as a new subject.
Presidential Library marks 60th anniversary of first human spacewalk
Alexey Leonov performed the first spacewalk in the world four years after Yuri Gagarin's historic flight into Earth orbit. On the morning of March 18th, 1965, at the launch pad, Sergei Korolev, the chief designer of the spacecraft, hugged Alexey and said to him: "I will not give you many words of advice, but I have one request for you: Get out of the spacecraft and return to it. That's it..."
