The head of National Library and Archives of Iran, Ali Akbar Ash'ari said: "We are negotiating to allocate a special budget in NLAI next year's credit in order to establish 10 Iran's rooms in other countries' National libraries."

The cultural advisor to the President of Islamic Republic of Iran and Director of the National Library and Archives, Ali Akbar Ash'ari said that two Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) will be inked between Iran National Library and Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine and its archival services.

On October 19, 2022 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Presidential Library in the Russian Federation and Damascus University in the Syrian Arab Republic. The document was signed by Director General of the Presidential Library Yuri Nosov and President of Damascus University Professor Muhammad Usama Al-Jabban.

Qatar has gained access to the Global Legal Information Network (GLIN), the Undersecretary in the Ministry of Justice, Sultan bin Abdullah Al Suwaidi told reporters. By enjoying the membership of GLIN jurists in Qatar will have access to an international legal database, he said.
