President of Russia: Vladimir Putin has supported the idea of creating branches of the Hermitage and the State Russian Museum in Vladivostok

Cultural initiatives in Vladivostok should be supported as a priority. This on August 31, 2016 during a meeting with Primorye Territory Governor Vladimir Miklushevsky was declared by President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

"In order to create here normal conditions for the life of the people, in order children can be nurtured, feeling comfortable living here - everything about culture, it should be supported as a priority…", - said Vladimir Putin.

Governor of the region told about the idea of the creation in Vladivostok of the branch of the A. Y. Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet, the branches of the Hermitage and the State Russian Museum, for which have already been selected buildings in the city center, which are to be reconstructed.
