Society and Culture: The exhibition "The Best Photos of Russia - 2016" in Kaliningrad

July 21, 2017 the Kaliningrad Art Gallery is hosting flagship project of the Moscow Center for Contemporary Art Winzavod - the exhibition "Best Photos of Russia-2016".

"Best Photos of Russia" - all-Russian annual open project organized by the Center for Contemporary Art WINZAVOD with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, it covers all regions of the country and unites amateur photographers and professionals, personal stories and events of general significance. The only condition for participation is that photographs should be taken in Russia between September 2015 and November 2016. The goal of the project is to reliably capture a year from the life of Russia in the most vivid and extraordinary photographs. Last year it was attended by residents of different cities between the ages of 16 and 82, who sent about 30 thousand photographs. The international jury of the project: photographers, editors, cultural figures - selected the 300 best photos, which are presented at the exhibition in Kaliningrad.

This year the exhibition has already been successfully held in Moscow and Petersburg, after Kaliningrad it will leave for Novosibirsk.
