Employees of the Ryazan Regional Center of the Presidential Library took part in a bicycle-scooter run, held as part of the All-Russian Patriotic campaign "Keep the flag in the wind". The event was timed to coincide with the State Flag Day of the Russian Federation.

A press conference on the results of the international car rally "One History - One Victory", dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the liberation of Bulgaria from the Ottoman yoke during the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-1878 was held at the Russian Cultural and Information Center in Sofia. The Russian Cultural and Information Center in Sofia has closed the season of New Year's performances with a Christmas concert of the Sunday School at the Compound of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia in Sofia. In total, 10 events attended by about three thousand children took place.

Every year this holiday sums up the large project “RCIC for Children”, in which Sunday school, circles, studios, workshops, readings in Russian, meetings with children's writers, themed matinees are taking place.
