The structure of Russian Internet is still not ready for introduction of websites with addresses in Russian language. Denis Yakovenchuk, representative of “Garant Park Telecom” - domain names registrar company - announced on “RIF+KIB” forum that Russian web didn’t recognize all the symbols, which can be used in writing domain names in Cyrillic alphabet.

On December 23, 2022 the Ural Institute of Management, a branch of the RANEPA, hosted an interuniversity round table "100th Anniversary of the USSR: Qs and As". Its participants were asked questions about the historiography of that period and the range of unexplored topics of the USSR period for discussion. The event focused on whether there really a commonality of the Soviet people was. And was the formation of the highest level of culture in the Soviet Union myth or reality and much more.
