The collection, timed to coincide with the anniversary of the prominent poet of the Russian Empire – Taras Shevchenko, includes his works; monographs, essays and articles dedicated to his life and career as well as materials related to the perpetuation of his memory. The publications are available in Russian and Ukrainian. The materials were provided by the National Historical Library of Ukraine and the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Universal Scientific Library.

The Russian government has decided to prohibit links to material deemed to be extremists. The law, according to which such amendments are made to the Code of Administrative Offences, is published on the website of the Ministry of Communication.
