Presidential Library continues to talk about role of NKVD division in defenсe of Leningrad in 1941

On October 16, 2024 at 16:00 Moscow time, the Presidential Library will host the second part of a lecture on the role of the NKVD in the defence of Leningrad during World War II. The lecture will be given by Sergey Ratz, a Candidate of Political Sciences and Associate Professor, as well as the President of the Foundation for Support of Reserve Officers of State Security. The first part of the lecture was held at the Presidential Library on September 18th, 2024.

Representatives of the younger generation, clergy, historians, psychologists, demographers, and cultural figures gathered together to discuss the actual issues of the Orthodox faith in the modern world in the historical building of the Synod on the Senatskaya Square.
