The data of archive losses of the Russian Army of the First World War will be available to the public till the end of the year: in summer will be released a memory book, during the year will be created an electronic resource, said the executive secretary of the Russian historical Society, the head of the analytical department of the State Duma Andrei Petrov.

On display is a wide variety of printed music of late 19th — early 21st cc, which show the attitude of Moscow residents to their native city, and represent the festive mood of “joyful Moscow”.

“Treasures of Russian Museums” exhibition has opened in the Manege Central Exhibition Hall (Moscow) as part of the 17th “Orthodox Russia – For National Unity Day” Church and Public Exhibition-Forum. “Treasures of Russian Museums” is the exposition of unprecedented scale, which showcases over 280 most important works of art on loan from 50 museums of Russia. It is running from November 4 through November 25, 2018.

The project showcases masterpieces, created by Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera and tells a story of the most famous married couple in 20th century art. The exhibition will be open through May 19, 2019.

On February 22, ROSPHOTO State Museum and Exhibition Center (St. Petersburg) is staging an exhibition “Grand Tour. Russian Version. Architectural and Landscape Photographs of Italy from the second half of the 19th century from the Collection of Pavel and Anastasia Khoroshilov”. All photographs on display were taken by Russian travelers during their tours of Italy in the second half of the 19th century. The exhibition will be open through April 7.
