Combining the past and the future: the Presidential Library celebrates its birthday

May 27 marks the All-Russian Library Day and the Presidential Library’s birthday, which doors were first opened to visitors in 2009. The institution is the first electronic national library of Russia and is under the jurisdiction of the Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation.

Marking the Year of the Teacher and Mentor, the Presidential Library announces a contest of pedagogical projects "The Future of the Fatherland in the Hands of a Teacher". The contest partners are the Academy of the Ministry of Education of Russia and the online publication Uchitelskaya Gazeta.

Presidential Library holds contest "The future of the Fatherland in the hands of a Teacher"

On August 5, 2024, the official portal of the Russian Historical Society announced the end of the first qualifying stage of the The Future of the Fatherland in the Hands of a Teacher contest organized by the Presidential Library. The contest, which began on April 1st, has received more than 620 submissions.
