On June 6, 2024, Yuri Nosov, General Director of the Presidential Library under the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation, met with Milorad Dodik, President of Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina), at the XXVII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The Presidential Library of the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation is hosting educational projects at this year's XXVII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), which will be held from June 5-8.

On June 14, 2024, the Regional Center of the Presidential Library, based on the Lermontov Penza Regional Library hosted an exhibition dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the prominent Russian statesman, financier, and diplomat, Sergei Witte, who served as the first Chairman of the Council of Ministers.

One of the venues for the event was the Beijing BJ Expo Exhibition Complex, where Russia showcased exhibition spaces from its regions, concert performances, and art objects.

On June 8, 2024, the Presidential Library of the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation and the Russian public and state educational organization Russian Society Znanie signed a cooperation agreement as part of the XXVII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The document was signed by Yuri Nosov, General Director of the Presidential Library, and Maxim Dreval, General Director of Russian Society Znanie.

On June 11th, 2024 an online webinar titled "Childhood and Upbringing of Russian Emperors" was held on the portal of the Presidential Library. The collection of materials at the Presidential Library depicts the childhood years of heirs to the Russian throne, including illustrative albums, ceremonial portraits, and photographs taken in their homes.

On June 11, 2024 at 4 pm (Moscow time), the Presidential Library Film Club will host a public screening and discussion of the new documentary film series "Battle Banners of the Fatherland," produced by Teleinvest Studio with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives. On June 4th, 2024, the Regional Center of the Presidential Library, based on the Franco Crimean Republican Universal Scientific Library, hosted an educational event titled "The Presidential Library: A Journey Through the Children's Portal of the President of Russia".

The exhibition "Faces of the Russian Icon: Copies of Masterpieces from the Andrei Rublev Museum Collection" and the exhibition "Islam in Russia," featuring the works of photographer Ildar Yambikov, were held in Damascus.

On May 24th, 2024, the Presidential Library hosted a lecture on the "Pages of History of Border Guards and Troops". This event continued a series of lectures on the history of Russian security agencies, part of the Presidential Library's "Knowledge of Russia" video lecture series. At these lectures, listeners learn about the main activities and operations of special services, as well as the most significant events and outstanding individuals in the field.

On June 1st, 2024, the 220th anniversary of the birth of Russian composer Mikhail Ivanovich Glinka will be celebrated. He is the creator of the Russian National Opera and the founder of the Russian school of art music. The Presidential Library has posted a collection of digital copies of books, brochures, archival documents, and visual materials related to Glinka on Library's portal.

On May 20th, 2024, a solemn event was held at the Yamalo-Nenets Regional Center of the Presidential Library in Salekhard to celebrate the launch of a new library in Yamal. The event included presentations on the activities of the library and the results of the work done by the Yamalo-Nenets regional center over the past decade.

The selection includes researches, essays, archival materials and photographs, reflecting geographical, ethnographical, socio-economical, social and political, and other aspects of history of the Krasnodar Territory of the end of the 17th – early 20th century, as well as the current Statute of the Krasnodar Krai.

On October 8, 2024, the specialists of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library, based at the Lermontov Penza Regional Library, hosted a seminar titled Using the Resources of the Presidential Library for User Service and Mass Events. The event was attended by representatives from regional libraries, and it was held at the Spasskaya District Library in conjunction with the Presidential Library's Day.

Russian poet and novelist Mikhail Lermontov, a successor of A. S. Pushkin and a continuer of the best traditions of Russian literature, influencer on literature, painting, music, and theater, was born on October 3 (15), 1814, in Moscow, into a noble family.
